What art file types do you accept?
We prefer artwork to be saved in Adobe Illustrator (AI) 10.0 or earlier. We will also accept EPS..
Some raster format art (JPG, .BMP, .PNG) is also acceptable, but must be saved in 300 dpi or greater.
Are the setup and digitizing a one time fee?
Yes, you will only be charged one time. Those fees will be waived on all subsequent orders as long as the design does not change.
How do I place an order?
- Browse through our online catalog to find products that interest you. Browse either apparel or ad specialties.
- Complete the quote form, and send us your artwork or artwork ideas. We'll take your information, get you an accurate quote and start to set up your art for the appropriate application.
- Once you approve the quote, we will email you a link to approve your artwork. Upon approval, we will schedule your order for production.

- Production of your order takes approximately 12 business days from the date of your approval depending on the product type of your order. Allow the appropriate shipping time depending on your location.
Rush order service is available for some items.
How do I know what sizes to order?
Sizes vary due to the wide array of manufactures that 3BM offers. Blank samples are available for a fee. Please contact us for more details on our various sizes.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
Most orders will be completed within two weeks. More time may be required for some products. You will be notified of this before you approve your order.
Please ask about rush service if you have a tighter time frame.
I did not find what I was looking for on your site, is there more?
Unfortunately, we are only able to show a small amount of what we have to offer. If you don't see what you were looking for, contact us. We can likely get what you are seeking.
How do I know the item I want is available?
Most of our products are always in stock. On the rare occasion that a product is out of stock, we can usually find a suitable alternative.
How do I pay?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, company checks and money orders. All orders must be prepaid. A purchase order may be possible for credit approved companies and organizations. A credit check will be necessary, and may affect delivery date.
What is your return policy?
Of course it is our goal that every customer is 100% satisfied. If you have an issue please contact us and we'll work with you to get your order right.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is determined based upon the size of the products ordered. We use UPS for nearly all orders. A shipping estimate will be provided with your quote.

How do I send my art to you?
Send your artwork as a email attachment to email@example.com. Please reference your quote or order number in the email subject line.
How many colors can you print?
Screen Printing: Up to 6 colors.
Printing on dark (non-neutral) colors will require a white base, which counts as a 'color' when pricing.
Embroidery: Up to 9 colors.
Your logo colors will be matched to the closest possible thread colors
Promotional Products: Depends on the item and method of enhancement.
